"Building community in LA is very challenging. People are constantly coming and going and don't have traditional 9-5 careers, which can make it difficult to connect.  However, as a Personal Trainer, Reflexologist, and Health Coach it has bonded me to some amazing people here in Los Angeles and around the country ..."

Wanderlust Weekly: Congrats on the growth of your practice! What inspired its creation? Rebekah Van Natta: Thank you so much for reaching out. My sole reason for creating the RVNFIT lifestyle is because of my mother, Sue. RVNFIT is the spirit of who my mother was and what she instilled in me.  Mom passed away 7 years ago come August 2017. She developed breast cancer which had quickly metastasized all over and was incredibly invasive. It took her life in 5 short months when I was only 21. My mother was pretty much a Super Hero; everyone knew her as “Super Sue”.

She was a Mother of twin girls, an incredible wife, Nurse, Reflexologist, YMCA Aerobics Instructor, Tri-athlete, Marathoner. She was also a member of TeamInTraining.org and managed to raise over $100,000 to fight Cancer.  I wanted to live my life like she had - helping and serving others. Outside of being a nurse, I can say her legacy lives on.

Wanderlust Weekly: You've built a strong community following in Los Angeles, what are some of your proudest moments? RVN: Building community in LA is very challenging. People are constantly coming and going and don't have traditional 9-5 careers, which can make it difficult to connect.  However, as a Personal Trainer, Reflexologist, and Health Coach it has bonded me to some amazing people here in Los Angeles and around the country. Besides caring for my personal clients and watching their growth, I get so excited when I receive emails or comments from my online community and learn that RVNFIT has had some sort of impact them. One of my proudest moments was hearing from Mark and Nicole Archer. As a young newlywed couple that moved to Hawaii, they did all of my workout programs together and lost a combined 60lbs. They have since gone on there own fitness adventure and changed careers... becoming health and fitness advocates, too! That's what I am all about, it brings me so much joy.

With RVNFIT.com and Social Media, I can easily relay this information to my community daily, massively and immediately.
